Come straight from the beach and step into the handy ground-floor utility room, perfect for when you need to get out of those wet beach clothes or wipe down those muddy paws. Once inside, find yourselves on the first floor in the open-plan living space where the heart of the property is. This space offers a sprawling south facing terrace which catches the sun all day and has fabulous views out onto the field and bay. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay is a must. Inside, a comfortable sitting area is a perfect space to lounge and watch television or read in peace.

For those who like to cook, you can make dinner in the modern well equipped open plan kitchen, a perfect space for entertaining with a large dining table big enough to sit all guests. On the ground floor you will find an additional two bedrooms both with private bathrooms. The first is a spacious double bedroom whilst the second room is perfect for kids, sleeping three guests with both a double bed and additional single bed.

A short stroll away you will find the picturesque and sandy Trearddur Bay Beach (one of the most popular beaches on Anglesey), great for water sports. Within a few minutes’ walk you will not only find a convenience store but also an array of high-quality dining restaurants/ice cream parlour and takeaways.

So why not spend mornings walking along the beach or enjoy a spot of lunch before strolling back to the property to spend a glorious afternoon on the fabulous balcony, spread out on the patio furniture and unwind before ending the day with a sundowner at the top of the garden taking in the sunset views of the bay and Snowdonia.

The rear garden is a great space to entertain loved ones, and the children will enjoy this unique garden, landscaped beautifully to maximise the space and a seating area at the top of the garden offer incredible views.
