7. Can I bring my pets?
The majority of our properties do allow pets, however please do check carefully first as there are some restrictions at a couple of our managed lets about the brining of pets. In most instances this is due to allergy reasons and not because we don’t love animals.
8. When can I check in?
We understand that you will be eager to start your holiday as soon as possible, and rightly so! Our official check in time is 4.00pm for all our holiday properties and check out is 10.00am. This is simply because more often than not there are guest leaving the day of your arrival and guests arriving the day you leave therefore it’s a tight ship to get the property cleaned and ready in time. Please check with us the day before your arrival whether an earlier check in will be possible and we will try our best to get you into the property as early as possible!
9. Do I need to bring my own towels?
Please check the property listing carefully, we estimate that nearly half of our holiday properties will require you to bring your own towels. Bedding is provided in all our holiday properties.

No, this is included in the cost of your rental.
11. Is there WI-FI?
Yes! We appreciate the importance of those Facebook updates showing your family and friends what a fantastic time you are having in your holiday therefore WI-FI is standard in all our properties. Please be advised we are a small island and fibre optic and high speed broadband is still outwith reach in many areas.
12. What if I have a complaint?
Hopefully you won’t! but if you feel you have any concerns that need to be raised please advise us as soon as possible as it may be something that we can very easily fix and rectify. There is very little we can do once your holiday has come to an end. On the reverse side of your guest welcome letter at the property is a dedicated space for you to write any small maintenance issues that you may have and we work tirelessly to fix these as they arise so as to not impact on the next guests visiting.
13. What about the use of Hot Tubs?
If you are fortunate enough to stay at one of our holiday lets which features a Hot Tub, please follow and adhere to any guidance that may be at the property for their use. On occasions , the hot tub water may still be heating up on your arrival, this is simply because we have had to change the water immediately prior to your arrival and some hot tubs can take several hours to heat up. Do not use Hot Tubs without consulting your doctor first if you are pregnant, have any thermoregulatory conditions or any heart problems. Children under 4 should not be allowed to use the Hot Tub and all children should be directly supervised at all times around the Hot Tub. When not in use, please ensure all safety clips are closed.
Before using the Hot Tub please ensure you have not applied any sun cream, fake tan, make-up to your skin as this will have a detrimental effect on water quality and will impact upon your enjoyment of the Hot Tub.
